okay so that title is a little dramatic but to say i'm sad about this new development is an understatement. those who know me well know that i have a weird unhealthy love for one direction and let me just start off by saying i am team harry all the way. i love that man. ha. but zayn. zayn oh zayn. he by far has the best voice of the five and brings something real special to the group. i honestly don't even know who they are going to have sing his parts when they perform songs such as "you and i". i mean, no one can sing it like zayn. not one other person on this earth!
i mean, we've always known zayn's full heart was not in the band. he never liked the fame and it showed and you could tell it took a toll on him. he just wanted it for the money.. which sounds greedy but it's not, he wanted to be able to help his family which he did and that's awesome and i'm glad he was in one direction because his voice is a gift to this world. i'm serious, he has one of the best male voices i've ever heard. i know what you're thinking... he was a silly little boy in a silly little boy band but you don't know! he was so much more then that!
they are planning on continuing on without him which i am happy about, i mean, because harry. but their next album just won't be the same with zayn's amazingly powerful voice. but lets be honest i will probably still love it. i have always loved teeny bopper music.. i think people are mislead by the marketing of a lot of these people and don't fully grasp that they are good artists. like taylor swift, but that's a conversation for another post. i know i am getting older but i know i am always going to have a young heart. i will be that mom taking my kids to the teeny bopper concerts and i will know all the words, and you know what? i am not ashamed of that one bit.
okay back to zayn. it's really sad. and really the only person who understands my sadness is kaitlin and i am grateful that one other person fully understands why this is such a sad day.. even sadder for her since she is team zayn! can you imagine?
all i can say is that i am so happy i was able to see them in concert with all five of them! and to all those other 1D fans out there.. i feel your pain! be strong! we will heal! now excuse me while i go watch one direction youtube videos all night....
but just real quick.. so you can really see why all of us one direction fans are so sad watch this.. don't watch the whole thing just start it at 3:00.. man on man he is good...
